Student's full name (if different from yours)
Your address
Your phone number
Lessons for an adult or child ?
How long you've been playing the cello (or are you a beginner) ?

Once I receive your email, I'll have a couple of additional questions for you and I'll send you some valuable information (and some of my own philosophy) about learning to play the cello !
